1 WEEK PROGRAMME
EADA (Barcelona, Spain)
1Day 1: Arrival in Barcelona
- Arrival at Barcelona Airport.
- Transfer to the hotel and relax.
- In the evening, proceed to enjoy Barcelona nightlife.
- Dinner at Indian restaurant. Back to hotel for overnight stay.
2Day 2: Institutional Welcome at EADA
- 07:00: Early morning checkout with breakfast, then proceed to EADA.
- 09:00–09:30: Welcome at the University.
- 09:30–13:00: Session 1 on leadership and development.
- 11:00–11:25: Morning break.
- 13:00: Lunch.
- 14:30–18:00: Session 2 – Case studies.
- 15:30–15:45: Hi-Tea.
- After 18:00: Team building activities.
- Dinner and proceed to residential building of the university.
3Day 3: Session at EADA
- Morning breakfast, transfer to EADA Campus.
- 09:30–13:00: Morning session on personal leadership & self-awareness.
- 11:00–11:25: Morning break.
- 13:00: Lunch break.
- 14:30–18:00: Session on leading other leaders.
- 15:30–15:45: Hi-Tea.
- 19:00: Evening city tour and activity.
- 21:00: Dinner at EADA and back to residential campus.
4Day 4: Company Visits
- Morning breakfast.
- 09:00: Company visit.
- 13:00: Lunch.
- 15:00: Company visit.
- 20:00: Dinner.
- 21:00: Back to residential campus.
5Day 5: Cultural Visit
- 08:00: Breakfast.
- 09:30–12:30: Cultural visit to Montserrat Abbey.
- 13:00: Lunch.
- 15:00: Company visit.
- 20:00: Dinner.
- 21:00: Back to residential campus.
6Day 6: Final Session & Departure
- 08:00: Morning breakfast, transfer to EADA Campus.
- 09:30–13:00: Morning session on personal leadership & self-awareness.
- 11:00–11:25: Morning break and certificate distribution.
- 13:00: Lunch break.
- 14:30: City tour.
- 18:00: Transfer to Barcelona airport.
